GramCup / Support
A little kitchen help.
GramCup converts cups and grams using ingredient-specific densities. It works offline after installation.
A weight doesn’t look right
Check the selected ingredient, the cup standard (US or metric), and the method note on the result card. Spooned, scooped and packed ingredients can weigh differently. With Lifetime, you can use “Set my weight” to add your own weight for an ingredient, or add a custom ingredient.
Use a kitchen scale when accuracy matters. GramCup provides conversion estimates, not nutrition or medical advice.
Restore your lifetime purchase
- Connect to the internet and make sure the App Store is signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
- Open GramCup’s Unlock tab (called Settings after unlocking).
- Tap Restore purchase and wait for the result.
If features remain locked, contact Apple Support for billing issues, or email support@onesiptech.com with your receipt and a description of what happened. Never send your password or payment card details.
Turn optional analytics on or off
Open Unlock / Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage. This is the Analytics toggle. It is off by default; no analytics events are sent until you opt in. If enabled, anonymous usage events go to PostHog EU, without names, search text, amounts or results. Read the privacy policy for details.
Clear conversion history
Open Unlock / Settings → Converting → Clear conversion history. This clears saved conversion history on your device. The current action clears it immediately, so only tap it when you are ready to remove those entries.
What works offline?
Conversions use a bundled density table and do not need a network connection or an account. Buying and restoring the lifetime unlock need a connection to Apple and RevenueCat.
